Summary: This study aimed to determine the attitude affecting the academic performance of second-year Bachelor of Science in Office Administration students of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Buhi Campus and sought to answer the following question: (1.) To determine the profile of the respondents in terms of (a.) Age (b.) Gender (c.) Economic profile (d.) Family background; (2.) The academic performance of the respondents; (3.) The attitude affecting the academic performance of the students; (4.) Recommendations may be proposed to enhance the attitudes affecting the academic performance of the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration of second-year students of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Buhi Campus. The conclusions drawn from the study are as follows: 1.) Most respondents were between the ages of 21 and 24. There are mainly female respondents. The average monthly family income of the respondents was less than 10,957. The majority of them had complete families as their family background. (2.) The general weighted average in the previous semester of the second-year Bachelor of Science in Office Administration students had the highest general weighted average of 90 to 94. This means the students are still performing well, getting high grades, and even though they had attitudes affecting their academic performance, they still manage to cope with their academic performance. (3.) And there are various attitude affecting the academic performance of students, such as good and bad attitudes toward the academic performance of the students. It is how a student approaches his studies that determines his performance. It is the extent of preparation and the strategies that the students develop and utilize that affect their performance level in the subject. Study habits can be classified as either good or bad. Good study habits are ones that help students improve their academic performance or produce positive results. (4.) The researchers' recommendation to improve students' attitudes toward their academic performance.
