This phenomenologically study, From Planning to Execution Organizational Skills and Challenges Faced by Event Planners discusses how planners in Buhi, Camarines Sur can overcome the complicated path of transforming ideas into successful events. It brings outs the abilities they are dependent on as well as the hurdles they have face in the process. Scheduling, time management, contingency planning, and adaptive task coordination were stressed by the respondents as the key elements that can help them organize the events in a steady floe despite the unavoidable delays. They also emphasized on the usefulness of documentation and the creative planning tools in order to present ideas clearly and ensures consistency. Their work is however not easy. Planners are frequently constrained by budgets, time, lack of communication, unpredictable weather, and high expectations of the clients which puts a strain on their stamina and flexibility. The results indicate that planning decisions are very dependent on client satisfaction and external factors. Planners need to be creative and within realistic limits, work in close associations with the stakeholders, and develop emotional strength to deal with stress and sudden changes. Delegation, team preparedness, ability to recover in pressure and continuous learning were found to be the best practices that will be useful in maintaining long-term success. Their strengths not with standing, they have weak points in the consistency of workflow, financial planning documentation, and integration of digital tools. To overcome these, a Comprehensive Training Program aimed at instilling professional discipline, creativity, and perspective will be proposed in the study to enable event planners not only to cope with challenges, but to succeed in their profession.
