This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of online purchases in BSOA students seek to answer the following questions (1.) To determine the profile of the respondents in terms of (a.) Name (b.) Gender (c.) Age (d.) Year level (e.) Marital status (f.) Income (if applicable), (2.) To determine the products, do the CSPC Buhi Campus Students usually purchase online. (a.) pre-loved/clothing/items (b.) house products (c.) basic necessities. toiletries, food, clothing's (d.) beauty products (e.) school items and (3) To know the level of satisfaction of CSPC Buhi campus students toward online purchases.
The conclusion drawn from the study are, (1.) Majority of the respondents are young aged 18 years old, male and single. (2.) The school product are the most purchased in online. (3.) The respondent's responded that the good product at affordable price are the more satisfying in online purchasing. (4.) The respondents proposed recommendations.
